Getting Started

How do I get started with FulfillMonster?

It's simple. Reach out via WhatsApp or email with your order volume, SKU count, and product type. We'll respond within 1 business day with a custom, itemized proposal. Once you approve, our onboarding team guides you through integration setup — most brands go live in under 2 weeks.

Is there a minimum order volume requirement?

No minimums. Whether you're shipping 50 orders a month or 50,000, you're welcome at FulfillMonster. We built our pricing to be fair at every volume level — and we scale with you as you grow.

How long does onboarding take?

Most clients go live within 7–14 days of signing. Our onboarding team handles the integration setup, inventory receiving plan, and carrier configuration. You'll have a dedicated contact walking you through every step.

Do you require long-term contracts?

Never. We operate on month-to-month agreements only. We earn your business every single month — and we're confident enough in our service that we don't need to lock you in to keep you.

Pricing & Billing

How does your pricing work?

We charge only for what you use — receiving, storage, pick & pack, shipping, and any value-added services. Every quote is fully itemized so you know the exact cost of each activity before committing. No setup fees, no hidden charges.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Yes. As your order volume grows, your per-unit costs decrease. We reward brands that scale with us — and we proactively review your rates as your volume changes to make sure you're always getting the best deal.

Are there any hidden fees?

Absolutely not. Transparency is one of our core values. Before you sign anything, you receive a line-item breakdown covering every possible fee. If something changes, we tell you in advance — not on your invoice.

Operations & Technology

What platforms do you integrate with?

We natively integrate with Shopify, Amazon (FBM & FBA prep), eBay, Walmart, Etsy, TikTok Shop, WooCommerce, and custom API connections. Orders sync automatically — no manual imports. Most integrations go live within 24–48 hours of onboarding.

Can I see my inventory and orders in real time?

Yes. Every client gets access to our WMS dashboard powered by Carton Cloud, where you can monitor inventory levels, track orders, view shipment status, and pull reports — 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, from any device.

How do you handle order accuracy?

We maintain a 99.8% pick accuracy rate through barcode scanning at every pick station, double-verification on high-value orders, and regular cycle counts. Every shipment is tracked from pick to carrier scan.

What is your same-day fulfillment cutoff?

Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST are fulfilled the same day. Orders received after 2 PM ship the following business day. During peak periods (Q4, promotions), we work extended hours to maintain our SLA commitments.

Shipping & Returns

Which carriers do you work with?

We ship with UPS, FedEx, USPS, DHL Express, and 50+ regional carriers. Our shipping software rate-shops across all carriers on every shipment to select the fastest route at the lowest cost — and those discounted rates are passed directly to you.

Do you handle returns?

Yes. We receive, inspect, and process returns per your instructions — restock to sellable, quarantine for inspection, or dispose. Returns are processed within 1–2 business days of receipt, and you're notified with a condition report for each unit.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We support international shipping to most countries via DHL Express, FedEx International, and UPS Worldwide. We can also assist with customs documentation, HS code classification, and cross-border compliance.
